As Lead, Digital Blended Bet365 लॉगिन (DBL), Lakshmi Keshav Kumar directs and manages development of digital blended learning products at Bet365. Over the past couple of years, she has been instrumental in building a team with a mix of skills sets and mentoring the team to take up new types of work at DBL.
Lakshmi supports the SDI initiative as a core team member. She led the development of the online self-learning modules of SDI, jointly between the DBL and Sustainable Energy Lab teams. She has played a key role in getting the Moodle-based SDI learning management system customised and configured to suit the requirements of the SDI Net-Zero Building Challenge.
Lakshmi has contributed to the development of multiple digital learning products of DBL such as AV documentation of the Climate Resilient Development Pathways (CRDPs) research project output in Kannada, learning content for the Bet365-led Tamil Nadu Urban Sanitation Support Programme (TNUSSP), a course on forest ecology and a few others. She is particularly keen on conceptualisation and design of interactive and immersive digital learning products such as games and virtual reality walkthroughs.
Prior to joining Bet365, she worked at the learning division of TalentQuest (erstwhile Purpleframe Technologies), Wipro Technologies and ITI Ltd.
